Please Note:

• There will be 10% Surcharge on departure during Christmas/New Year season.
• Service Tax at the rate of 3.09% shall be levied on the tariff.
• It is to be noted that US$ 15 per passenger per trip will be charged against the payment of commercial taxes in addition to the tariff.
• No charter will be available for booking during Christmas & New Year.
• Tariff mentioned is subject to change without prior notice.
• Half fare will be charged for children between 5 and 12 yrs. Children below 5 yrs shall be allowed to travel free.
• At the time of issuance of tickets, age proof of children has to be furnished.

Tariff Includes:

• The above mentioned tariff/fare includes travel, catering and conducted sightseeing, entrance fee at monuments / parks / palaces /, cultural programs and camel ride at Jaisalmer / boat ride at Udaipur / rickshaw ride at Bharatpur.

Tariff Does Not Include:

• Expenditures on Drinks, tips, telephone calls, laundry, video camera fees, Business Car Facilities, liquor and other items of personal nature are not included in the tariff.

Booking Policy
In case of FITs:

• 50% of ticket value has to be paid at the time of confirming the booking.
• Rest of the amount (50% of ticket value) has to be paid 45 days prior to departure of the train.

In case of Group:

• 50% of ticket value has to be paid at the time of booking the booking.
• Remaining 50% of the ticket value has to be paid 60 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be advised by Fax/E-mail/Letter to the concerned department/authority. On cancellation of the booked ticket, refund will be made but certain amount of the ticket value will be deducted as follows:

In case of FITs

• 5% of ticket value will be deducted if the cancellation is made 60 days prior to departure.
• 20% of ticket value will be deducted if the cancellation is made 30-59 days prior to departure.
• 100% of ticket value will be deducted if the cancellation is done less than 30 days prior to departure.

In case of Group:

• In case of group booking, 10% of ticket value will be deducted if the cancellation is done 60 days prior to departure.
• 100% of ticket value between 0 to 59 days prior to departure.
