Payment of the Fare
The fare of Palace on Wheels is paid in the following installments:

• 20 percent of the value of the fare is payable at the time of booking.
• The rest 80 percent of the fare is paid forty-five days before the date of departure.

Cancellation of Booking
In case of cancellation of the booking, the following rules shall apply

• If the booking is canceled atleast sixty-five days before the date of departure, 95 percent of the fare is refunded.
• If the booking is canceled 35-64 days before the date of departure, 80 percent of the fare is refunded.
• If the booking is canceled 20-34 days before the date of departure, 50 percent of the fare is refunded.
• If the booking is canceled twenty days before the date of departure, the entire fare is forfeited.

Notes

• For children between 5 and 12 years, the fare is half.
• Tariff is exclusive of include liquor, laundry and other items of personal nature.
• In case of travel during Christmas/New Year, 10 percent surcharge will be levied.
