will feel as if you have gone back to the royal era. The
magnificence and splendor of the coaches or salons is beyond
description. Palace of Wheels comprises of fourteen coaches, in
toto. Each and every coach of the luxury train has been named after
the erstwhile princely states. The names are Jaipur, Jodhpur, Alwar,
Bundi, Kota, Jhalawar, Dungarpur, Dholpur, Bharatpur, Jaisalmer,
Sirohi, Bikaner, Udaipur and Kishangarh. Decorated entirely in
ethnic Rajasthani decor, each coach comprises of 4 twin bedded

All the chambers in the luxury trains have attached washrooms, along with Channel Music, intercom and wall-to-wall carpeting. There are also personal attendants, Khidmatgars, attached to each salon. There are two impressive restaurants inside the 'Palace on Wheels', known as "The Maharaja" and "The Maharani". Continental, Chinese, India as well as Rajasthani cuisines are served at these restaurants. There is also a well stocked bar, offering the best Indian and international brands of liquor, wine and other sprits.
